We are looking for a small number of window cleaners to be the first on Bexus Booking. Places are offered after a conversation rather than by signing up, because each one is set up with you rather than handed over.

WHAT YOU GET

Your round, your customers and your own booking page.

Everything below is built and working today. Where something is not, this page says so rather than leaving it out.

  • Your customers and their addresses in one place. A customer is a property with a price on it, not a name in a phone — with the access notes, the frequency and what was agreed at the door.
  • A recurring round you can plan. Areas by postcode, a working pattern, and a week you can look at and move things around in.
  • Quotation and cleaning requests from your own page. Somebody puts in their postcode, sees whether you cover it and what it would cost, and asks. You decide.
  • Printable QR artwork. A code for a van, a card or a leaflet that opens your booking page. It is generated from your own address and it scans.
  • Completed work and what is owed. Mark a clean done, record what came in, and see what has not.
  • Setup done with you, including your customers. Areas, prices, working pattern and branding — and if your round is in a spreadsheet or a notebook, we will help you get it in rather than leaving you to type it.

WHAT IS NOT BUILT YET

WhatsApp is a demonstration, not a connected service.

It is the question we are asked most, so it is answered here rather than in a footnote.

You can try the WhatsApp conversation in the demonstrations and it behaves exactly as the real one would. It is not connected to WhatsApp: no Meta account is linked, no number is live, and no message has ever been sent to or from a real customer. It is planned, it is not part of what you would be getting on day one, and nothing on this page should be read as saying otherwise.

Taking payment from your customers is not built either. Bexus Booking records that money arrived; you collect it the way you already do.

ILLUSTRATIVE · FIRST THREE MONTHS FREE

£25 a month. The first three months are free.

One monthly figure for the whole business, whether you clean on your own or run a round with cleaners on it. The first three months are free while we set you up and you decide whether it earns its keep.

  • £25 a month is illustrative. It is not a live price and nothing bills it — there is no payment processing in Bexus Booking at all.
  • The first three months are free. That is a pilot period, not a permanently free plan: after it the monthly figure is what applies.
  • No payment card is asked for, because nothing can charge one. Activation is a conversation, not a checkout.
  • The same offer whether you work on your own or take somebody on. Cleaners are a setting, not a plan change.
  • No setup fee. We configure your areas, prices, working pattern and branding with you.
  • Pressing a button does not create an account, a subscription or a business. Final terms are agreed with you personally first.
  • No long-term commitment. There is no minimum term and no notice period — if it is not earning its keep, tell us and we will stop.
  • Billing during the pilot is by invoice, by hand. There is no card on file because there is nothing that could take one.
