BEXUS BOOKING

BEXUS BOOKING FOR WINDOW CLEANERS

Your round,
without the notebook.

Bexus Booking is one booking platform for small service businesses. This is the window-cleaning side of it: a round, customer addresses, a branded page your customers book from, and a straight answer about who still owes you for August.

A window cleaner in blue overalls reaching up with a water-fed pole to clean a shopfront window on a city street.

WHAT YOU GET

Built round the way the work actually goes

  • A round, in a diary you can read

Today's visits in order, who is next, which area they are in and how to get round the back. The platform's own diary, in a window cleaner's words.

  • Customers who are addresses

Name, telephone, the property, the postcode, the access note, what they have done, how often, what was agreed and whether they have paid.

  • Your own booking page

Your name, your price list, your areas, on your own web address. Customers book a clean or ask you to call round and price it, and it lands in your round.

  • Your prices, your list

What you offer, what it costs and how long it takes. Change a price once and every new booking uses it.

  • Bring your round with you

Add customers by hand, or import the list you already keep in a spreadsheet. You see exactly what will be created before anything is.

  • On your own, or with cleaners

A sole cleaner is the smallest valid setup, not a lesser one. Taking somebody on is adding them to the team — the same product, the same price.

  • Messaging: a simulation, not a connection

The WhatsApp conversation in the demonstrations runs entirely in your own browser. No number is connected, nothing is sent or received, and no enquiry reaches your round from it — a message a customer sends you today is still one you write in by hand. It is what we intend to build.

  • Who has paid, and who has not

Mark work done, record what came in — cash, bank transfer, or a Direct Debit you collect yourself — and see what is still outstanding.

IF YOU JOIN THE PILOT

Who does what, before a customer can book

Setting a round up is done with you, by a person, over a conversation or two. Nothing goes live because a button was pressed.

What you bring

  • The areas you work, and when you are in them. Which places you cover, roughly which postcodes they cover, and which days you are usually in each. If it is 'Bramblewick on Mondays and Thursdays', that is enough — it does not have to be a rota.
  • What you charge. Your prices for a normal clean, and for the extras you do — conservatory, gutters, fascias, solar. A price list you would read out on a doorstep is the right level of detail.
  • Your round. Your customers: name, address, postcode, how often, what was agreed, and how to get round the back. A spreadsheet, an export from whatever you use now, or a book we work through with you.
  • How you want to be found. Your business name, the web address you would like, and a colour. Your customers see your business on your own address, not a listing on somebody else's site.
  • Whether anybody cleans with you. On your own is the smallest valid setup, not a lesser one. If somebody works with you, we add them and they get their own column in the round — same price either way.

What we set up

  • Your areas and your working pattern. We put your areas and postcodes in, and set which days you are in each, so the page only ever offers a customer a day you are already going to be near them.
  • Your price list. Your prices and how long each job takes, so a booking carries the right money and the right amount of your day. Change a price later and every new booking uses it.
  • Your round, brought across. We bring your customer list in with you — addresses, postcodes, how often, access notes and what was agreed. You see exactly what will be created before anything is, and nothing is guessed.
  • Your own booking page. Your business name, your colour and your price list, on your own web address. Customers book without making an account, and what they book lands in your round.
  • The round you work from. Today's visits in the order they happen, who is next, which area they are in, what was agreed and who has paid. The same screens you can drive in the demonstration right now.
  • A look at it together, before anybody can book. We go through it with you as a customer sees it and as you would run it. Nothing goes live because a button was pressed — you say when, and you can take the page down again at any time.

What is not connected

  • WhatsApp is not connected to anything. The WhatsApp conversation in the demonstrations is a simulation running in your own browser. No number is connected, nothing is sent, nothing is received, and no enquiry reaches your round from it. A message a customer sends you today is still one you read yourself and write into the round by hand. It is what we intend to build, not something that is running.
  • No money moves through Bexus Booking. There is no payment processing in the product at all — no card, no deposit, no online payment. Your customers pay you exactly as they do now, and the round records that the money arrived so you can see who still owes you.
  • Nothing is sent to remind anybody. A booking sends a confirmation by email. Nothing is scheduled before a visit — no message the day before, no text on the morning — and there is no way to set one up. Reminding people stays your job.

ILLUSTRATIVE · FIRST THREE MONTHS FREE

£25 a month. The first three months are free.

One monthly figure for the whole business, whether you clean on your own or run a round with cleaners on it. The first three months are free while we set you up and you decide whether it earns its keep.

  • £25 a month is illustrative. It is not a live price and nothing bills it — there is no payment processing in Bexus Booking at all.
  • The first three months are free. That is a pilot period, not a permanently free plan: after it the monthly figure is what applies.
  • No payment card is asked for, because nothing can charge one. Activation is a conversation, not a checkout.
  • The same offer whether you work on your own or take somebody on. Cleaners are a setting, not a plan change.
  • No setup fee. We configure your areas, prices, working pattern and branding with you.
  • Pressing a button does not create an account, a subscription or a business. Final terms are agreed with you personally first.

The demonstrations run on a made-up business called Splash & Dash Co. Nothing is saved and nothing is sent.
